Shipping policy

We prepare every order so you can receive your RYUMEN easily, with tracking from start to finish.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time for orders in Spain is 3 to 6 days from order confirmation and preparation.

During periods of high demand, public holidays, logistical incidents or circumstances beyond RYUMEN’s control, deliveries may occasionally be delayed. If a significant issue arises with your order, we will help you resolve it.

Shipping costs

When the store displays free shipping, standard shipping charges will not apply to orders meeting the conditions shown on ryumen.com or during checkout.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before the order is processed.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking information is available, it will be provided through the communication channels enabled for the order. If your order does not arrive within the stated timeframe or you experience any issue, email hola@ryumen.com.

Responsibility during transport

The seller remains responsible for the product until the order is delivered to the consumer or a third party designated by them, except in the cases provided for by law where the consumer independently appoints a carrier other than those offered by the seller.
