Terms and conditions of purchase

These terms govern purchases made on ryumen.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms together with the other policies available in the store.

1. Product

RYUMEN sells personal technology products. Each product page shows its features, finishes, sizes, included items, price and availability.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where indicated in the store. The valid price is the one shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.

3. Orders and payment

An order is considered placed when checkout is successfully completed and the corresponding confirmation is received. Payments are processed using the methods available in Shopify at the time of purchase.

4. Promotions

Promotions are subject to the conditions shown on ryumen.com. The current promotion of 30% off the second unit is applied automatically when two eligible units are added to an order, while the promotion remains active.

5. Delivery

The estimated delivery time in Spain is 3 to 6 days. See the Shipping page for further details.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases excluded by law. The complete procedure is available on the Returns and refunds page.

7. Statutory guarantee

New products sold to consumers in Spain are covered by a statutory guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the remedies and rights provided by current legislation will apply.

8. Product information and use

RYUMEN’s information, metrics and functions are presented for personal tracking and wellbeing. The product must be used according to its instructions and specifications.

10. Applicable law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and applicable consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer’s statutory rights.
