Returns and refunds

We want you to shop with confidence at RYUMEN. This policy applies to purchases made on ryumen.com and respects the rights recognised under Spanish and European consumer protection law.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email hola@ryumen.com with your order number and your decision to withdraw.

How to return your purchase

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return the product. The item must be sent with its accessories and all included items. You may examine the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be taken into account in the refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, or a product that does not match the order, the customer bears the direct return costs.

Refund

We will refund the applicable amounts, including any standard delivery charges originally paid where applicable, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you provide proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed.

Defective, incorrect or damaged product

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, or one that does not match its advertised description, contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, RYUMEN will cover the costs necessary to provide the appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Statutory guarantee

New products sold to consumers in Spain have a statutory guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, under the terms provided by current legislation.
