Terms of service

These terms govern access to and purchases made on ryumen.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms together with the Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy.

1. Identity and contact

The store operates under the trading name Ryumen. For any questions, email hola@ryumen.com.

2. Products, prices and availability

The main features and price of each product are shown on its product page. Applicable prices are those shown when the order is confirmed, including taxes where applicable. Availability may vary. If a product cannot be supplied, the customer will be informed and the matter handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Orders and payment

An order is considered placed when checkout is successfully completed and payment is authorised. Ryumen may cancel orders in cases of an obvious pricing error, fraud, inability to supply or other legally justified reasons, informing the customer and refunding amounts paid where applicable.

4. Shipping

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days, unless another timeframe is expressly stated during checkout.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal for distance purchases, except in cases excluded by law. See the Returns and refunds policy for the procedure.

6. Defective or non-conforming products

If a product does not match its advertised description, is defective or arrives damaged, the customer retains all rights granted by applicable consumer protection law.

7. Use of the website

It is not permitted to use ryumen.com for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in ways that could harm the operation of the website, Ryumen or third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The website’s texts, designs, trademarks, logos, images and other content are protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property rights. They may not be used beyond the limits permitted by law without authorisation.

9. Applicable law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable law in Spain and the European Union, without prejudice to the mandatory rights available to the consumer by reason of their place of residence.
