RYUMEN shipping policy

We process and ship orders to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days, unless a different timeframe is expressly stated during checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer may receive tracking information when available.

Although we make every effort to meet the stated timeframes, exceptional delays may occur due to the carrier, periods of high demand, public holidays or other circumstances beyond RYUMEN’s control.

If an order cannot be delivered within the agreed timeframe, the customer retains all rights granted by applicable consumer protection law.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If you notice an error in the shipping details, contact us as soon as possible.
