Returns and refunds policy

At RYUMEN, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are a consumer and have made an online purchase, you generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason, except in the cases excluded by applicable law.

To request a return, email hola@ryumen.com with your order number. We will provide the instructions needed to arrange it.

The product must be returned in a condition that allows its nature, characteristics and functioning to be checked. The consumer is only responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that examination.

For withdrawals due to a change of mind, the customer bears the direct return costs, unless RYUMEN expressly states otherwise.

If the product received is defective, incorrect or has arrived damaged, contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, RYUMEN will bear the costs required by law to resolve the issue.

Once withdrawal has been duly notified, we will refund the amounts required by law using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the timeframe provided by applicable legislation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or the customer provides proof of their return, as applicable.

The consumer’s statutory rights regarding conformity, guarantees, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract remain unaffected at all times.
